Please have the delivery address, incident number, contact name, phone number, and email address, as well as the agency's billing code, ready to provide to A&R Emergency Services when ordering. 

A&R Emergency Services will provide an order receipt upon delivery, confirming the agency's name, a description of goods and/or related products purchased, a purchase order number, the vendor number.
